A) Access / Export

To request access to your data, email contact@reviewscout.ai with the subject:

"Data Access Request"

from the email address associated with your ReviewScout AI account. We will respond within 30 days.

B) Delete Your Account

You can initiate deletion within the App:

Profile > Delete Account

We process deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is legally required. Upon deletion:

  • Your account and profile information are removed
  • Your connected platform data (reviews, connections, AI drafts) are deleted
  • Some records may be retained if legally required (e.g., billing records)

Note: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings before or after requesting deletion.

If you cannot access the App, you can request deletion by emailing contact@reviewscout.ai with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address.

C) Disconnect Third-Party Connections

You can disconnect connected services in the App (Profile > Connected Platforms). Disconnecting stops future syncing, but data already stored in your account remains until you delete your account or request data removal.

D) Opt Out of Communications

  • Push notifications: Manage through your device Settings
  • Email notifications: Manage through the App (Profile > Notification Preferences)

E) Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Canceling a subscription does not delete your account or data.
